§ 01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "ek999", "we", "us", "our" refers to ek999, the operator of the gaming platform accessible at ek999.bar and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.
• "Platform" means the ek999 website, mobile-optimised site, any future applications, and all games, services, and features made available through them.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ek999 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you upon successful completion of the ek999 registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the player that are available for wagering and withdrawal, subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits or bonus funds awarded by ek999, which are subject to specific wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and address verification process required by ek999 prior to processing withdrawals or upon request during account review.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency in which ek999 accounts are denominated for players based in Pakistan.

§ 02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ek999 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the ek999 Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

§ 03 Eligibility

Access to and use of the ek999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ek999 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification may be required at any point during your use of the Platform.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of ek999 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or software suppliers.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Accounts may only be opened in your own name and for your own personal use.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from the ek999 Platform or any associated platform operated by ek999's licensing partners.

§ 04 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on ek999, you are required to register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

4.1 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. ek999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the information provided at registration or at any subsequent point.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the ek999 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ek999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ek999 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

4.4 KYC Verification

ek999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with international anti-money laundering and player protection standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), a proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality or account closure.

§ 05 Deposits & Payments

ek999 supports deposits in PKR via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed in the ek999 cashier at the time of deposit.
• ek999 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ek999 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.
• ek999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
• Deposited funds are held in segregated accounts and are not used for ek999 operational expenses.

§ 06 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your ek999 account are subject to the following conditions:

• A completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request will be processed. ek999 may request additional documentation at its discretion.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as part of ek999's anti-money laundering controls.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours of approval, subject to payment provider timelines. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfer methods.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• ek999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation where fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
• In the event of account closure by ek999 due to a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining after the deduction of applicable forfeitures will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

§ 07 Bonuses & Promotions

ek999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion. Until these requirements are met in full, bonus-derived winnings may not be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

ek999 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, wagering patterns designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements (also known as "bonus hunting"), and collusion between players. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance forfeited and their account may be permanently closed.

7.3 Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the period specified in the relevant promotion will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without notice.

7.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

ek999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This right applies to both current and future promotional offers.

§ 08 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the ek999 Platform:

• All bets and game rounds are final once confirmed. ek999 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers except where expressly permitted by the specific game rules.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, ek999 will apply the relevant game provider's declared malfunction policy. Bets affected by a verifiable system error may be voided and stakes returned.
• ek999 publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games as certified by the relevant independent testing authority. These percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within the game interface.
• ek999 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest error in odds, game configuration, or promotional display.
• For sports betting markets, including PSL cricket and international matches, ek999 reserves the right to suspend a market, void a selection, or apply rule amendments in line with the relevant sport's governing body rulings.

§ 09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ek999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account using a false identity or another person's personal information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in any conduct that ek999 reasonably determines to be abusive, harassing, or threatening toward support staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the ek999 Platform or its content.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account on your behalf.

§ 10 Responsible Gaming

ek999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this regard seriously.

10.1 Player Tools

All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.

§ 11 Intellectual Property

All content available on the ek999 Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of ek999 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation from ek999.
• Use any ek999 trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written consent.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of ek999 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

§ 12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ek999 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, relating to the Platform and its content, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

ek999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.
• Any loss of data, profits, winnings, or business resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in game content provided by third-party software suppliers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, even if ek999 has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, ek999's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount of your Real Money Balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

§ 13 Termination

ek999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• ek999 reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
• You have provided false information at registration or during a KYC verification process.
• You are found to be under the age of 21.
• Regulatory requirements or law enforcement directives require account closure.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure at your request, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to all applicable conditions being met. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

§ 14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ek999 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.

ek999 operates under international gaming licensing standards. Players are responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the Platform complies with the laws of their local jurisdiction. ek999 makes no representation that the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction outside of those where it holds a valid operating licence.

§ 15 Amendments to These Terms

ek999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ek999 will take reasonable steps to notify registered players, which may include displaying a notice on the Platform homepage or sending a notification to the email address registered on your account.

The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the ek999 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your full acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure via our support team.
